Maunday Thursday - Seder Meal
This year on Maundy Thursday, April 9th, we will have a Seder meal (also known as the Passover celebration). The word “Seder” in Hebrew means “set order” or “service.” Our Jewish friends celebrate the Seder during Passover which reminds them of how God led them out of slavery in Egypt. The final plague about which Moses warned the Pharaoh was the death of all first-born sons. The Hebrew slaves were told to mark their doorposts so the angel of death would pass over their homes and their families would be safe.
