Choir Club 2009-2010

Hello to all!
As school is starting back and we are all setting our weekly schedules, I hope that you will make Choir Club an important part of your child’s activities. We strive to give your child a faith-based music education that not only involves them in the life of the church as active participants in worship, but also equips them with lifelong music, worship and leadership skills.

**New this week! Calling all Singing Seniors!! Rehearsal begins September 3rd.

**Also: The Foundation Sunday School invites anyone interested in "Fireproof Your Marriage" to join them on Sunday to see the movie "Fireproof" and then for the study in approx. 2-3 weeks.

Musical Worship Opportunities

Room Parent Come once a week for 1 to 4 hours and assist the teacher in the classroom. This could be putting up bulletin boards, grading papers, working with students individually, assisting with art projects, or whatever is needed by the teacher.
Reading Buddy Listen to a child or group of children read once a week.

Opportunities

Chancel Choir
Rehearsals: Wednesday, 7:15pm
Participates in worship weekly, seasonal and special services.


Ladies Ensemble
Rehearsals: Thursday, 2:00pm
Services and Seasonal programs


Men's Ensemble

Evening Ensemble
Sings a variety of musical styles!

Choir Club Kickoff - Block Party Burger Bash Dinner Reservation

During the Choir Club registration fun and games will keep the children entertained and the meal of brats, burgers, and the fixings will be served.

Dinner will be served from 5:00 until 6:30 p.m. and there is a charge of $5 for adults, $3 for children under 12, and $15 for families.
