The current issue of the Cookeville FUMC Newsletter has been updated to the website and is now available for viewing. You can click on this direct link to this week's newsletter (please be patient while the file downloads):

This week you will find more information about the planned Mission Trip and the objective for the Mission Auction Fundraiser that will take place on May 15th. The Mission Auction Dinner and Silent Auction begins at 5:30 p.m. and the tickets cost $12. Tickets will be available in the narthex after each service on Sunday. At 7:00 p.m. the live auction and the fun will begin.

If you didn't get a chance to look at the newsletter recently you will find that our online version is now in COLOR! We try to continue to improve the newsletter and provide it to you each week in a timely manner, usually before the paper newsletter is received in the mail. Not only does the online version save paper and mailing costs, but one advantage is that you can enlarge it on your screen and read the type much easier and see the pictures in much better detail. You can't do THAT with the paper newsletter. SO, if you know someone that would enjoy getting their newsletter online, tell them to contact Sherry at communications@cookevillefumc.org to set it up.
