NOTICE:
As many of you may know, next Thursday & Friday, September 2 & 3, the church offices will be closed because we are moving to the Freeman Building This will also mean that the weekly newsletter will NOT be published next week.
Because many of you depend on our weekly calendar to be aware of meetings, etc., we will prepare a copy of the calendar to place on our website: www.cookevillefumc.org.
We will have copies of the calendar available in the CLC next Wednesday, September 1st during WNL Dinner. Of course, the calendar will also be printed in the Sunday bulletin of September 5th.
Also, all of our offices and facilities will be closed on Monday, September 6 for the Labor Day holiday.
The Staff Parish Relations Committee and the staff of the church invite you to a reception following the 10:55 service of worship in the Christian Life Center this Sunday, August 29th. Please join us in expressing our thanks to Elizabeth Hutchins for her service to this congregation for the last year as Interim Director of Christian Education and Youth
Last week we introduced our Emergency Contact Information Form. Once completed, simply press “Submit” to send your info automatically to us. It's easy, fast, and secure. Thank you to everyone who completed forms and sent them to us online.
