Teachers at Jere Whitson held parent-teacher conferences after school Monday, February 22, thus making it a very long day for them. In order to boost their spirits and relieve their hunger, volunteers supplied them with a sandwich tray, chips, fruit, and drinks. Sharon Pearson, first grade volunteer, made brownies.
