June 21 2009 Issue now available
Good Afternoon!
The current issue of the Cookeville FUMC Newsletter has been updated on the website and is now available for viewing:
http://www.cookevillefumc.org/sites/default/files/June_18_2009News.pdf
In this issue we wanted to share some pictures of this year's Vacation Bible School, Camp E.D.G.E. - Experiece and Discover God Everywhere so please be aware that it may take a little bit longer to load on your computer.
Of course, this week's newsletter and previous copies are *always* available online on the upper right side of the HOME page: www.cookevillefumc.org.
Among other news, be sure to see page 4 of the newsletter regarding a Bike Race on Sunday that may cause problems with parking for church due to some street closures around the courthouse and portions of Madison, Broad, and Spring Streets.
If you experience difficulty and the link above does NOT take you to the current newsletter, please call or email Sherry White at the church office (526-2177) Mon thru Fri, email address: communications@cookevillefumc.org so we can determine the problem. Please read below for some additional suggestions to help resolve some minor issues.
We continue to receive a positive response to our "quest" to have more people cancel the newsletter by mail and are now receiving it by email. We still need many more cancellations of the paper newsletter & subscriptions to the online newsletter, so please share the news with anyone you think would enjoy having access to the newsletter online.
*If you want to have a newsletter sent to multiple members of your family, just let me know and I'll be happy to add them as well.* It's simple and easy to make the newsletter available to everyone. If you enjoy the newsletter online and you still receive the paper copy please call or drop me a quick email so I can make the adjustment in the program that generates the mailing labels.
Sincerely,
Sherry White

AOL and some other email programs do not allow users to simply click on the link to go directly to the newsletter. In this case you may need to copy the link above and paste it into the address bar to access the current e-copy of the newsletter.
The numbers in brackets (i.e. a "[1]" a "[2]" or a "[3]") after each link of this notice allow you to scroll down to the bottom of this message and access the links to go directly to the newsletter or website. If you DO need to select and copy the link information into your address bar, be sure to only select from the "http:" to the ".pdf" from the address line. Do *NOT* include the "[1]" or the "[2]" and you should be successful.
