Prayer Suggestions for Prayer Vigil

1. Approach God with an attitude of repentance and humility. Seek His forgiveness. Remember God's supreme sacrifice of His Son, Jesus Christ.

2. Praise and thank God the Father, Jesus the Son, and the Holy Spirit for all THE THREE IN ONE has done for us through the sacrifice of Christ Jesus our Lord and Savior, who died upon a brutal Roman method of execution -- the cross -- for the forgiveness of our sins.

3. Pray for the Church Universal -- all believers. Pray that all believers will seek to know and love God on an intimate level and to be obedient to His will. Ask for His strength, courage, wisdom, love, and compassion as we follow God and be His hands and feet in our community, church, home, or wherever we may be. Remember the persecuted Christians, the poor, the orphans, the windows and widowers, and the sick.

4. Pray for all unbelievers wherever they may be that they would come to a life-saving knowledge and love relationship with Jesus Christ.
