During Mid-June 2009 Senior Pastor Max Mayo put out the call to the Adult Sunday School classes to help with this new ministry to assist Jere Whitson Elementary teachers and students get back on their feet because with this new school year the school will re-open after a devasting fire that destroyed most of the building in 2007.

GriefShare

A friendly, caring supportive group of people who will walk alongside you through one of life’s most difficult experiences. You don’t have to go through the grieving process alone.

The J.O.B.S. Ministry is devoted to providing support and help (economic, vocational, and spiritual) to people seeking jobs. If you would like more information, please call Mark Travis at 252-9123.

ArkALMIGHTY
ArkALMIGHTY is a good deeds program that matches up the needs in our community with the skills and talents of the members of our church. Needs are compiled on Cookeville FUMC’s page that is administered by members of our church on the ArkAlmighty website (www.arkalmighty.com). Then, members of our church can easily search through the needs and find ways they can help.
