Children's Sunday School

Join friends in learning how to live as a Christian, Bible Study and Fellowship. Multiple teachers for every class assure that each child will find a safe and caring place to be as they learn Bible stories, grow as faithful disciples of Jesus and practice caring for others. Fun is guaranteed! All children’s Sunday school classes are located in the CLC (Christian Life Center). See Room numbers below.

Attending for the first time? This is what you can expect: A warm welcome. Smiling faces. A safe place. Bible stories. Fun, age-appropriate experiences in each class. New friends. Parents: sign-in your child(ren) at each room and (first Sunday only) complete an information sheet so teachers will know where to locate you in case of an emergency. Snacks may or may not be provided. Please give your child(ren)sometime to eat prior to Sunday school. Additionally, there are great adult classes. Please visit several classes to find the one just for you.

Interested in teaching children at FUMC? Please contact the church office and ask for Rev. Mary Alice Gran. She will be happy to help you know about the expectations the church has for teachers as well as help you find the right place to serve.

Special Sundays Periodically throughout the year on special Sundays, elementary classes will join together for unique learning experiences. Watch for signs related to occasion, location and activities.

Note: 300 rooms are ground level. 400 rooms are 2nd floor.
