Wednesday Night Dinner Reservation Form

When completing the Dinner Reservation Form please indicate how many members are in your family. Cost is $4 per plate with a maximum of $15 per family. Additional love offerings will be accepted to help with expenses. Junior and Senior High youth will eat at 5:15 pm. Each week, a menu will be posted in the newsletter.

We maintain a "Standing Reservation" list; once you are on that list you only need to notify us if you will NOT be able to attend any given night. You can create a "Standing Reservation" while completing the online Dinner Reservation Form. Please remember, all reservations or cancellations are due in the church office by NOON each Monday that dinner will be served. Once you submit your reservation you should receive a confirmation message on your computer screen to assure you that your reservation has been received.
