Movement Without Pain


Looking for ways to increase your range of motion, manage stress, maintain your health and improve your joint flexibility? Look no further than to a class entitled Movement Without Pain.

Bill Bullington leads this class on Tuesday nights at 5:30PM and Saturday mornings at 8:30AM in the wellness center of First United Methodist Church. Bill will teach a set of breathing and movement exercises geared toward helping you de-stress your body and mind. Class will meet for six weeks and will be catered to both beginners and advanced. To get the full effect, it is best if you can join the class when it starts on Tuesday, October 14th.
